What is an agent run or MCP call?
An MCP operation is one accepted TAM tool invocation or one protected data-bearing MCP resource read. Protocol discovery/list metadata, denied authorization, and ordinary app traffic do not count.
What happens when I hit a quota?
TAM blocks only new consumption for a hard limit and keeps existing data accessible. The workspace billing view shows remaining capacity, reset dates, and available package or add-on actions.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. Connect supported MCP clients with a workspace service account; service-account capacity and MCP operations are independent limits.
Where does my data live?
In your selected data residency region. The current billing catalog lists the security, audit, and compliance controls included with each package.
